What we do for you
SELECTION
We have a recruitment Centre at GOWHATI through Which we select 60% of our professionals from NORTH EAST. Utmost attention is given to recruit our personnel in-accordance with stringent laid down as a W. S. Policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. We achieve the availability of qualified candidates to stick on our policy by paying attractive salary.
TRAINING
Before deployment, it is mandatory for all WORDSMAN employees to undergo a basic Security Training course at our Training School at SILVASSA which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties, basic guarding skills, the rudiments of gate house duty, fire fighting, first aid and right of private defense they are trained. fresh and further develop their knowledge.
SUPERVISION
Is equally important in order to provide quality service. In this regard we have a strong operations team comprising of managers, officers, inspectors and patrolling supervisors who are constantly checking our units.We firmly believe that the success of our venture can be attributed to the way in which we approach this business by selection, Training and Supervision.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
100k will be yours just saved
The Contract shall be normally for a period of two years and shall be renewed further for any longer period by mutual consent. Either party can however terminate the contract by giving one month notice or FULL PAYMENT FOR A MONTH ADVANCE IN LIEU THEREOF.
CONDITIONS OF RE-EMPLOYMENT
we spend short time to work
You will not employ our personnel in your direct employment or through any agency. In case you do so, you will be liable to pay us compensation-@3months full salary for each person so employed, in violation of this contract condition.
MODE OF PAYMENTS

In case of any dispute with regard to payment the same may be settled as far as possible amicably or by legal process a last resort, but under no circumstances the payment or regular bill of our services will be withheld as the salary of our staffs cannot be with held.
